These services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and specific project details will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed to carry out our services.
  • Respond to our requests for feedback, approval, or additional materials in a timely manner.
  • Be responsible for obtaining and maintaining necessary licences, domain names, and hosting for your Shopify store.
  • Ensure all content, logos, and images provided to 1HUTCH do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Payment Terms
  • All pricing and payment details will be outlined in your project agreement.
  • A deposit may be required before the commencement of any work.
  • Payment for services may be made in instalments or upon project completion, depending on the agreement.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in delays to your project.

 5. Project Timeline

1HUTCH will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Late submission of materials by the client.
  • Unresponsive communication from the client.
  • Changes to project scope during development.
6. Revisions and Approvals
  • Minor revisions are typically included in the project scope and will be specified in the project agreement.
  • Additional revisions outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees.
  • Client approval will be sought at various stages of the project, and once approved, any further changes may be considered additional work. 
7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all designs, code, and other project deliverables will be the property of the client. However:

  • 1HUTCH reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or case studies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Any third-party software or tools used in the project will remain subject to the respective licences of those tools.
8. Confidentiality

1HUTCH will not disclose any confidential information shared by the client during the course of the project, except as required by law or with the client’s permission. 

9. Limitation of Liability

1HUTCH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client will be required to pay for any work completed up to the termination date.
  • 1HUTCH will transfer any completed work and materials to the client, subject to full payment. 
11. Changes to Terms

1HUTCH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.

 12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
